Location: Surfer Bar "Schräglage" in Stuttgart

Saturday afternoon in Stuttgart, downtown. 26 degrees and two Roxy Surfergirls, Adela Ucar and Linde Lotenberg, are ready to inspire people to join the "Shimmer" spirit.

After a relaxed chat with Heiko, local cooperation partner of "Titus" Stuttgart everything was set up to start the party.

The evening was still very warm and you could already feel the summer in the city so the first guests arrived at the "Schräglage" already at 6p.m. The location was absolutely perfect, a bar, completely styled in surf look, wooden floor, white canvas sofas, huge umbrellas and every wall was decorated with surf images – and roxy pictures. Very soon the guests became more and more, the BBQ was a great success and everybody was happy to get Hawaii flower chains and tickets for the midnight lottery.

At 9 p.m the roof terrace opened and the guests spilled in to catch the best places for the "Shimmer" screening, one hour later approximately 400 people attended the "Schräglage" to watch the movie. After a short speech and introduction of Adela and Linde everybody was enthused to watch the Roxy Surfergirls act and to dive in the Roxy spirit. The atmosphere within the guests was amazing, they applauded, they laughed, they marveled. Bar owner Axel was so happy to welcome the Roxy girls as guests an being chosen to premiere the "Shimmer" movie, that he spontaneously decided to add further prizes to the Midnight lottery. Besides the prizes sponsored by Roxy (limited Torah Bright google, handbag, t-shirts and bikinis) the lucky winners could get vouchers for drinks and other t-shirts. The mood was high when at Midnight sharp the lottery began. Excited cries and disappointed sighs – but in the end everybody was happy. At 6 in the morning the next day the last guests left the surfer bar, motivated to experience a further evening with Roxy!

Location: “Inselhalle Lindau” and Bernie’s “New Orleans” Bar

On Friday, the 13^th of April, the Roxy “Shimmer” Tour stopped in Lindau next to the wonderful “Bodensee”.

The fine weather of the previous days continued and so everything spoke for a nice party supported by local dealer “Tom’s Boardershop”. Everybody helped to decorate the huge “Inselhalle”, a large and very known convenience center, which was chosen for the “Shimmer” screening. After a couple of hours interested and excited people entered to enjoy the beach- and surf-atmosphere within the building and at 10p.m. the two Roxy Girls Adela Ucar and Linde Lotenberg invited the guest to join the “Shimmer” adventure, 40minutes of perfect waves and Roxy Lifestyle. After the screening everybody headed to Bernie’s “New Orleans” Bar where every girl got surprised with Hawaii flower chains and Cocktails. At 11:30p.m. the local band “Scarazza” rocked the house and contributed to the good spirit. The Roxy Midnight Lottery was again a big success, every girls longed to win one of the amazinig prizes like the Roxy limited Torah Bright google with svarowski crystals or the weekend trip for 2 on Austrias Kitzsteinhorn glacier. All in all 189 people attended the Shimmer Party in Lindau – and some of them celebrated till early morning.

The next day, the Roxy girls were curious to explore the village of Lindau, “the most beautiful end of Germany”. The mountains with its still snowy peaks, the dark blue lake and the beautiful surroundings were the perfect sight for Adela and Linde who took many pictures of the seagulls, harbour and lighthouse.

After a typical Bavarian lunch everybody was ready to continue with the Roxy “Shimmer” Tour – next stop: Stuttgart!!
